Health, Safety, Security and Quality

Why this programme ?

Health, Safety, Security and Quality are an ever-present priority for port managers and port operators. The health and safety of people working in ports is an essential part of operational excellence and contribute to a sustainable growth for a port authority or company. It is therefore crucial to have a well-thought health and safety program at hand that finds support throughout the whole organisation.

Furthermore, the port authority and the port companies have their role in matters of port security.
Both must take up their responsibility in creating a safe and secure port environment.

A quality management system can help to document policies, processes and procedures in order to achieve quality policies and objectives.
